Pet Policy

We welcome two pets per apartment home.

There is a one-time fee of $350 for one pet, and $500 for two. In addition, a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet applies during the lease duration.

Restricted breeds include: Akita, Alaskan malamute, Boxer, Chow Chow, Doberman pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Canary dog (Presa Canario), Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids.
